Marty Wanielista, PhD., P.E., DEE, DWR CEO Bringing forty years of experience to our venture, Marty is the managing partner. He ws the Director of the Stormwater Management Academy at the University of Central Florida. His expertise lies in the areas of solving pollution and flooding problems, promoting sustainable green communities, and state-of the-art environmental protection for future generations. Marty is the former Dean of the College of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Central Florida.
Mike Hardin, MSEnv.E., E.I. Vice President, Operations Mike brings four years of experience to our company providing creative, environmentally sound engineering solutions to stormwater management issues. Mike’s areas of expertise include greenroof design for stormwater volume and pollution control, media for pollution removal, greenroof maintenance and repair methods, stormwater and gray water reuse, pervious pavement design, and harvesting methods.
Betty Wanielista Vice President Business Administration With over 30 years of office systems technology experience in the training of students in the newest technologies, Betty is program director of the Office & Medical Administration Program at Valencia Community College. She oversees the daily operations of the STE offices.
Erik Stuart, BSCE, E.I. Vice President Construction Erik invented the embedded ring infiltrometer kit that is used for certification of previous pavements. He has extensive experience with the design, installation and monitoring of pervious pavements and floating aquatic plant systems. Also, he has completed and supervised many stormwater management construction projects.
